The Trailhead
We left the car at the trailhead and prepared to scale King Mountain.
Black Lake
The hiking trail winds around Black Lake, which sits almost 200m up on top of the Eardley Escarpment.
44′ Doublet
The 44′ doublet fit perfectly in the clearing on top of King Mountain.
Antenna Support
I tied a PVC pipe to the camping chair and the 20' fishing pole slipped inside it nicely.

Myself & My YL sat in camping chairs and worked the 'TEST. I used a clipboard to hold the KX1 and my log.
